Terms of Sale
*Order must be PAID IN FULL before commencement
*No refunds on wrong size, style or colour ordered once order is confirmed. Replacement will only be made if KB Browbands is at fault on wrong size/style/colour/material failure and only if the product has not been used/worn.
*No refund on damage or loss in transit. Once a claim for damage/ loss through Aus Post is approved a replacement browband will be made and sent.
*Orders are expected to take 6-8 weeks + postage times on made to order items. For orders required in less time than 8 weeks contact with KB Browbands Australia via email to see if this is a viable option. The date required box must be filled out when ordering with a DATE REQUIRED not just the show needed (i.e Sydney Royal) otherwise that order will be taken as understood to be an 8 week wait.
*Full refund/change to order/credit to future order will be offered if there is illness / injury/ machinery malfunctions of the making of KB Browbands that results in KB Browbands Australia not being able to fulfill the custom orders in the agreed time frame stated above.
*KB Browbands takes no responsibility for delays in postage times. Orders will be distributed in a timely fashion on guidance from the Aus Post website but can not account for delays.
*URGENT ORDERS NEED TO BE VERIFIED BY EMAIL OR PM ON KB BROWBANDS FACEBOOK PAGE TO SEE IF IT IS POSSIBLE IN REQUIRED TIME FRAME.
*KB Browbands holds no responsibility in delays of postage times in cases of instock/next day delivery verified postcodes. A minimum of 3 days postage is needed for urgent express postage orders.
